MARBLED CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

Part A:

185 g butter

¼ cup cocoa

1 cup caster sugar

2 eggs

1 cup self-raising flour

Part B:

250 g Philadelphia cream cheese

1/3 cup caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

Method:

Part A:

· Melt butter and cocoa together (stir under slow fire)

· Remove from heat

· Whisk in sugar and eggs

· Add flour and beat until smooth

Part B:

· Beat cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla together until smooth

Pour Part A and Part B in a baking tin and swirl through for the marble effect. Bake at 180oC for 40 min
